Practical Packaging Support from Development to Delivery
Dencalm is based in Yuyao, Ningbo — inside one of the established packaging manufacturing areas in China, with convenient access to Ningbo Port. We support packaging selection, customization, mold and injection development, production follow-up and quality confirmation as one connected project.
What we actually run
We think it is worth being specific about this, because it changes what we can promise and how quickly we can change something.
- Our own injection workshop. Caps and closures are molded on 24 injection machines that we operate ourselves.
- Our own mold shop. Tooling for closures is designed and built in house, which is why a hinge change or a wall thickness adjustment is a direct conversation rather than a request passed down a chain.
- A reviewed partner network. Bottles, pumps and sprayers come from partner factories we work with directly and review ourselves. We do not present their production as our own.
Why say this out loud: buyers increasingly have to map their supply chain and classify supplier risk. A structure you can see is easier to approve than one you have to take on trust.
How we work
One project, not separate components
Bottle, pump, closure and decoration are reviewed together. Most packaging problems appear at the point where two components meet, not within either one.
Decisions stay visible
Approvals, production status and packing requirements are tracked through the project, so nothing is confirmed twice or lost between stages.
Limits stated, not implied
What we test and what we do not, what is stock and what needs tooling, what a quantity actually depends on. It is a shorter conversation than discovering it later.
Who we work with
Beauty, personal care and daily-use brands, along with the contract manufacturers and packaging distributors who supply them. Projects range from matching a pump to an existing bottle through to developing new tooling for a closure.
