Custom color and decoration change both the appearance and the production requirements of a package. Available options depend on the material, the structure, the order quantity and the artwork. Each option below states what it needs and what drives its minimum quantity.
Custom Color
Color development based on your reference or an approved standard.

- PP, PET, PETG, HDPE and PCR blends

- Set by machine changeover, not by your order size — the setup cost is the same at any quantity.
- What we need from you
- A physical color reference. A screen value is not a color standard.
Spraying & Coating
Surface finishes for color, texture and visual positioning.
- Applies to
- Depends on substrate — adhesion differs between PP and PET
- What drives the MOQ
- Lower than injection color, because coating is a separate operation from molding.
- What we need from you
- Color reference plus the finish type: matte, gloss, soft touch or gradient.
Silk Screen Printing
Direct logo and text printing on suitable packaging surfaces.
- Applies to
- Flat or gently curved surfaces; tight curves limit coverage
- What drives the MOQ
- Each color and each position is a separate setup — two colors on two faces is four setups.

- Vector artwork with the print position marked on a drawing.
Hot Stamping
Metallic or colored foil details for selected designs.
- Applies to
- Works best on flat areas with consistent wall thickness

- Set by die preparation for each artwork.
- What we need from you
- Vector artwork and the foil reference.
Metallization
Metal-effect finishes for selected pumps, collars, caps and components.
- Applies to
- Brushed nickel, rose gold, chrome and similar finishes
- What drives the MOQ
- Runs in batches, so the quantity moves in steps rather than smoothly.
- What we need from you
- A physical finish reference and an agreed standard for wear at contact points.
Labeling
Label application options based on the packaging shape and artwork.
- Applies to
- Shape and taper decide what can be applied cleanly
- What drives the MOQ
- Usually the lowest-minimum route to a branded pack.
- What we need from you
- Label dimensions, material and the application position.
Mold Development
New tooling when an existing package cannot meet the project requirement.
- Applies to
- Handled in our own mold shop for caps and closures
- What drives the MOQ
- Set by making the tooling investment reasonable — genuinely negotiable, usually by discussing how the cost is shared.
- What we need from you
- A drawing or a physical reference, plus the intended annual volume.
Component Matching & Assembly
Bottle, pump, closure and decoration reviewed and fitted as one system.

How a customization is approved

Reference
You send artwork, a color reference or a physical sample of what you want to match.
- 2
Feasibility
We confirm what is achievable on the chosen material and structure, and what it changes in quantity and timing.
- 3
Sample
A physical sample is produced for approval. Color is approved against a physical reference, not a screen.
- 4
Standard
The approved sample becomes the standard that production is checked against, including the tolerance for variation.
A note on minimum quantities: an MOQ is rarely one number. It is the largest of several separate minimums, each set by a different process. If a quoted quantity is too high for your project, the useful question is which process is setting it — often a single decoration choice is responsible for the whole number. Read more.
