What we collect

Only what you enter in the inquiry form: your name, company, work email, country or market, and the project details you choose to describe. If you attach a reference image or drawing, we receive that file.

We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identity documents or any special category of personal data.

Why we use it

To answer your inquiry and to carry out the project if one follows. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an inquiry.

Where it goes

What you submit is delivered to our business email inbox and is handled by the people working on your enquiry. This website does not keep a separate database of submissions, and we do not pass your details to advertising networks or data brokers.

Our website is served from a content delivery network, which processes the technical request data needed to deliver a web page, such as your IP address. This is standard infrastructure logging and is not linked to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months, so that we can pick up a conversation you started earlier. If a project goes ahead, the related correspondence and technical documents are kept for as long as the contract and applicable accounting or product liability rules require.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. See "Your rights" below.

Cookies and measurement

This website sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts on the pages you browse. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If we later add a way of measuring which pages are useful, we will use a method that does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors, and we will say so here before it goes live.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@dencalmpack.com and we will respond within one month.
